At Bridge City Church, we believe in a structured and intentional approach to church leadership. Our deacons are specialized, trained, and ordained officers who serve for three-year terms. Each deacon is responsible for leading and coordinating a specific ministry area, allowing our elders and pastors to dedicate themselves to the ministries of the word and prayer, following the model of Acts 6. In short, our deacons focus on practical areas of ministry like finance, groups, music, and care.

In addition to our deacons, BCC staff members are paid professionals who manage ministry areas beyond the scope of typical volunteers. They provide specialized leadership in their fields, ensuring that Bridge City Church continues to thrive and serve our community effectively.
